I am so impressed with Balken Roofing.Steve Williams came out to inspect my roof and chimney, because there is a leak that's bucking the paint above my fireplace..
Steve took his time examining inside and out, took lots of pictures on the roof, and like a detective, considered all the possibilities.In the end, he recommended a chimney company, because he thought that might be the problem and not the roof! He was so honest and thoughtful throughout this process;it's obvious that Balken is about doing the right thing and I will always be my first call for any inevitable roofing issues I have in the future.
If I could give these folks more stars I would! I've used them twice and can only say great things. Steve was extremely helpful, thoroughly explained everything, and walked me through how to try and solve my roof leak without having to replace any shingles. Top notch service, straight shooters and not out here to make money, they're out here to make happy customers. I'll use them every time. Thanks Steve!
