The folks at Balken Roofing have consistently been accessible and available for office visits and consultations. They are polite, considerate, professional, efficient, trustworthy, competent and respectful.

The roof installation crew was also of very high quality and performed the roof replacement in a timely manner with great respect, professionalism and competency while even going beyond what might reasonably be expected. One of the crew performed a repair to our aluminum fascia (since he was up there anyway) that would not have affected the performance of the roof at all had it not been done, but the repair was needed, so he just did it. Great accolades have been earned by this very competent, respectful and efficient crew. They also kept the excess noise to a very bare minimum all while enjoying their favorite music!

Considerable time was spent problem solving our issue before we had to commit to a service call. Clear explanations were given to possible fixes we could do ourselves. If we can’t fix the problem ourselves we will certainly call Balken to do the work.

Balken Roofing is spectacular! Bob, Heather, Lauren, and Steve are fabulous to work with. They are professional, courteous, and honest. They also follow through and come when they say they will (which is rare to find now with other companies). I would not choose any other company do my roof. I highly recommend!

Steve Williams is punctual, knowledgeable and very helpful. He came to our house to problem solve a mystery leak in our roof. We feel he went above and beyond what we expected to receive as customers. We have also had Balken Roofing replace a skylight and installed covered gutters. They are a reliable, trustworthy company.

I personally have never had any roofing from Mr. Tyler Hembree, but as someone who is also a small business owner, I know the importance and impact word of mouth advertising is I can say this. He has always been very prompt and efficient when speaking to my own personal clients. The work completed is always finished with knowledge and complete understanding of the clients needs.
